Company name is Team In Progress.
We focus on the development of teams with coaching, training and teambuilding. All this from experienced-based learning. Which means active working methods, inspiring environment and problem solving assignments. For activities, in addition to conversations and presentations, you can think of construction assignments and other collaborative assignments.
I would like to see the practical / active part and team development side in the logo.
As a subtitle we had the idea: "Everything for teams" or "everything for team development", maybe that helps to come up with the design.

Hallo rem, met dit mijn ontwerp,
bestaat uit 4 personen 3 is klein en 1 is groot, wat betekent dat het team bezig is. -

De 4 personen zoals ze nu getekend zijn vind ik niet zo mooi. Wel fijn dat je rood en blauw gebruikt zodat ik daar een beeld bij krijg. Ik vind oranje en blauw een geschiktere combinatie.
