Briefing:
Company name is SYSSLA. Which is Swedish for occupation / being busy. I have chosen this name because I think it's a beautiful name; it says something about me (half Swedish / Dutch) and I think fit the services I'm offering.
The world of people and work is changing rapidly and that requires a fundamentally different approach to learning, development and innovation. The essence is to invest in increasing the adaptability of both employees and organizations. My services are about increasing adaptability through testing, training, coaching and guidance especially in doing it yourself!
SYSSLA Keywords: Sustainable employability; ongoing, it is never finished, you have to continue to develop; take charge of your own direction and not wait passively until the next reorganization, thinking opportunities.
