Given the diversity of the target group (many Moroccan / Turkish people) it would be nice that a name has a "double" meaning or in Arabic / Turkish. In addition, it is nice if non-immigrants also find this name "normal". My practice focuses primarily on the elderly.
Because my current name causes a lot of confusion in people (there is another practice called druckpunt). I'm looking for a new, fresh and catchy company name.

Company description:
Occupational therapy is paramedical care, just like physiotherapy, speech therapy and dietetics. Occupational therapists enable people to perform their daily activities again if that is no longer possible due to physical or psychological problems. This can be simple actions such as eating and getting dressed, but also more complex actions that have to do with rehabilitation after an accident. The occupational therapist's field of activity is large. For example, occupational therapists help children who have difficulty writing due to eye / hand coordination problems. But people with early dementia are also trained by occupational therapists to live independently for as long as possible.
Target group:
My practice focuses on vulnerable elderly people with different backgrounds.

Als woord niet bestaand, ikkan. Dus eigenlijk een fantasienaam, maar het staat natuurlijk voor 'Ik kán!' Met hulp van ergotherapie kunnen mensen/kan men allerlei dingen weer.

Weliswaar Spaans, maar de betekenis is mooi én Spaans is de tweede wereldtaal (Chinees niet meegerekend). Betekent 'Vooruit!' Maar het wordt ook gebruikt om mensen uit te nodigen binnen te komen, dus men is welkom. Ergotherapie helpt de mensen vooruit binnen hun eigen omgeving.

Zodoende is een synoniem voor ergo. Een Nederlands woord, dus niet Turks of Marokkaans/Arabisch, maar het woord 'doen' zit erin. Zelfs voor ouderen die het Nederlands eventueel niet heel goed beheersen is het woordje 'doen' denk ik wel bekend. En ergotherapie gaat over doen. Zodoende dus:)
