A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

Branding, logo for website, business card, paper etc
With the name: Mediation 4 people and the underscore:
mediators with a heart for the people behind the conflict
(This is in Dutch: "Mediators met een hart voor de mens achter het conflict")
At first the exposure will be in Dutch language

Company description

A group of Mediators and legal people who want to help solving conflicts. They are aware of the importance of re-establishing the communication and the relationship between the conflicting parties. This is even more important then the actual matter of the subject.
In Holland ADR is a relative new way of a conflict solving approach. It focuses on the autonomy of people and the responsibility of solving their own conflicts. And not let other, third parties as judges for instance, decide.

The company/mediators have a heart for the people behind the conflict

(Focus is on people/relation and not only on subject-matter as classic attorneys do)

Target group

People with conflicts to be solved. Alternative dispute resolution can help them to solve:
business conflicts, employee conflicts, conflicts in relationships, divorce mediation.
In general:

Colors, favourites and other requirements

(extreme) pink with grey or black

The feeling has to be: new, modern, fresh and als gives a feeling of taken care and comfort.
