Needs

Rondom Wonen is an ambitious non-profit housing association and rents out over 2,500 affordable homes in the municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp. The regional demand for affordable housing is enormous, so we want to accommodate more people in the coming years. We do this by investing in additional housing projects that meet demand. Our core values ​​are nearby, thoughtful and sincere. More about us can be found in our strategic plan (koersplan), which is available in Dutch only via rondwonen.nl/publicaties.

Our current logo is over 20 years old and dated. We are looking for a new logo that:
- Fits with our core values ​​(nearby, thinking along, sincere)
- Fits what we do (provide affordable housing)
- Can be used in full color as well as black and white / grayscale
- Also works well on social media (length/width ratio about the same)
- Is preferably recognizable for those who know our old logo. This could be done, for example, by having a part of the logo (birds) reappear and/or by using color. If the designer finds this too restrictive, then in addition to a recognizable logo, an alternative may also be proposed that deviates from this requirement.
