There is a big difference between the name of the logo and what you want as a style for the logo. Happy Toaster has nothing to do with organic, plants, tea etc.
And most of all as a youtube chain to watch, why this benchmark with those "spa" logos ?
Your brief is confused and not clear to me.
And i thing the other designers are lost like me...
