Needs

Dear designers,

We need all your creativity to help us in the creation of our new logo for a young real estate company. INVIMO offers consulting, investments and promotion of real estate programs around Paris. To be aligned with our sector of activity, our logo needs to be professional and even institutional.

Our targets are the banks, the private investors, the public institutions (for authorizations) and could also include the final customers who buy the houses.

Regarding the design, we don't want buildings or houses in our logo. We prefer sober but powerful colors and standard typo that we could reproduce easily anywhere

We still hesitate between 2 options:
- either a logo that only use the letters of INVIMO (without pictures)
- or a logo with a picture that could be used without the word INVIMO in business card for instance.
