Thanks for the feedback! The globe is small, but actually Asia and Europe (and Africa) are on the frontside, so I left that this way. I changed the tagline into business development, and made some other options.

Considering my target market is Asia, it would be nice if you could turn the globe with asia and europe infront instead of the americas.
