Hi,Sir, Madam, I made the dog bigger to proportionate with the heart. Here, also, i made styles to show you how the logo will look if use with materials such as on plastic, metal or print. I hope you will like this submission.

Changing the proportions has not made the design look better. Thanks for trying.
