Needs

We are looking for a simple but appealing logo for our new startup focused on property management for private housing. Initially we want a logo that we can use for the banner for the (future) website. However we are looking for a designer for our website and corporate identity!

We offer our clients technical management such as maintenance inspection and execution of repairs.
In addition we want a logo that corresponds to the following:
- Our (temporary) company name is 'Sam beheert'. We would like to have a logo designed based on the name 'Sam'. You're free to use a heading to support our vision.
- Important s for our organisation are: small and personal, accessible, helpful, flexible, direct and professional.
- We prefer the colours black or grey and orange.
