I think the logo should include a drawing if some sort, and the name. To me it seems fun to do something with the name in the logo, such as a brain in the shape of a (wal)nut. But most importantly i fully trust on your own creativity! The logo needs to be suitable for printing (either print of stamp) on the bag (see attachment). Also i would like to use it on my nota and business card.

We have two symbols :
Brain / Walnut with the global shape ( also feels like a sheet )
Wheat that give dynamic and healthy & natural product aspect.
