     Here is a different font style, hope you prefer ( realized we are unable to find the shared file you added here unfortunately, perhaps add the link in the descrption or content details)
     I am trying not to make the shape too complex, but I am open to any modifications you suggest!

     we think we're on the right track here. The typeface is not exactly what we have in mind, but it's close (please see the attached file). The M could stand out a bit more, to become recognizable easily

     the water/sea theme is important to us, so that wave in the M is something we like a lot... but maybe it could be a bit more creative?

     Here is another style, more of a logotype of letters T and M, I am still trying to do a better font than this one however if you do not find this suitable
