I really like combination of grey or dark grey with some really bright and "strong" color....so I like it! Just if you want use this logo on black background the grey should to be lighter to look good.

I think you are right. Maybe when we are finished with the design, you can also supply a version with white text in case of there is a black background. Do you think the grey is good or do you suggest another kind of grey?

It's not a problem to design logo on every background that you want to use. I think this grey is good for white background.

Your logo looks original, but I am not sure about the colors. There is a competitor who also use orange and grey als logo color. Have you thought about which part I can use to print at the products? Do you have any idea about a nice english Slogan?

about colors, I can make you some other variants with other colors. It's not a problem. About printing I make you 2 variations: 1 you can use your whole name with the symbol; 2 you can use just "A" letter (in form of wanrning light) like your logo (to be more compact). And about slogan...I will think about it but actiolly I don't really do that...I am specialized in logo design.
And about website I think you will be satisfied of results! In this site you can find everything that you need.
