It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

A new logo shall be created.
The logo shall be internationally usable.
It shall reflect the spirit of a "pet advisor" (engl. for "Haustierratgeber").
It shall not be defined by a single group of pets (not solely dogs, not solely cats, etc.).
If the logo contains a word component, it shall be "Haustierratgeber" (even for the international version).
If the logo contains a tagline component (slogan), it shall be easily exchangeable by a translated version (our current german tagline is "Infos rund ums Tier").
The logo shall transport seriosity and professionality.
The logo shall not be to colorful (every letter in a different color is to colorful).
The logo shall fit the colors of our new design (see colors).

Company description

"Haustierratgeber.de" is a private hobby project, without company funding or commercial intents.

Target group

The website informs people of all ages about cost and responsibilities of owning a pet. Most readers may be between 15 and 25 years old (not confirmed).

Colors, favourites and other requirements

Grey: #606060
(A portion of the colors may be used)

The logo shall have a height of 200 pixel and must be scalable to 60 pixel height.
