Needs

I am looking for the creation of a logo for my company named "Le Talent System". It is a recruitment company that is focused on very qualified profiles and that will address international markets.
I would like a way to combine the human part of the business with the 3 letters L T S in a stylistic way that people would easily remember. I also need a mix of dynamism and elegance.
