* A logo with a chic and luxurious touch, at the same time contemporary, youthful and modern (trendy).
* Urban chique, is the best way to descibe us.
* We want a logo without old fashioned shapes (such as a roof or a house).
* We would like a symbol so we can use it separately.

Company description:
Realta is a rental agency. We rent and manage apartments in larger cities of the Netherlands.

*Firstly we want a logo. Subsequently there is more work, such as: identiy, social media covers, posters, etc.
Target group:
Our target groups are expats, young professionals, homeowners and real estate investors.
The properties we let are nicely renovated and located in the nice and trendy parts of the city.

Evolutie in de huurmarkt... Huren (to Rent) is steeds in beweging! Zo ook bij Realta. Het dynamisme straalt uit dit logo door de beweging in deze markt en staat en gaat bij REALTA! Succes! De subtitel is hierdoor aangepast.

Realta een warmere kleur gegeven met een even fijn logo. Dit is symmetrisch weergegeven en modern van design met één doorlopende wederkerende lijn van de vormletter 'R'. Succes!
