It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

UPDATE: SECOND MOODBOARD ADDED - 28.04.2017

* A logo with a chic and luxurious touch, at the same time contemporary, youthful and modern (trendy).

* Urban chique, is the best way to descibe us.

* We want a logo without old fashioned shapes (such as a roof or a house).

* We would like a symbol so we can use it separately.

* Do not look at our current website, it's all outdated!

Company description

Realta is a rental agency. We rent and manage apartments in larger cities of the Netherlands.

*Do not look at our current website, it's all outdated!
*Firstly we want a logo. Subsequently there is more work, such as: identiy, social media covers, posters, etc.

Target group

Our target groups are expats, young professionals, homeowners and real estate investors.
The properties we let are nicely renovated and located in the nice and trendy parts of the city.

Colors, favourites and other requirements

* We would like a symbol so we can use it separately.

* We also would like to have a slogan. Come with a nice suggestion!

Presented on White and Black Background.
Have increased the space between the lettering.
Have reduced the boldness of the font.
Have made the icon background transparent.

Hi Rusty, goodmorning! thank you for your designs! Is is possible to have it less bold, and perhaps a bit more spacing between the letters and have the square with the logo transparant? Is is also possible to present on a white or transparant background? Thank you!
