* A logo with a chic and luxurious touch, at the same time contemporary, youthful and modern (trendy).
* Urban chique, is the best way to descibe us.
* We want a logo without old fashioned shapes (such as a roof or a house).
* We would like a symbol so we can use it separately.
* Do not look at our current website, it's all outdated!
Company description:
Realta is a rental agency. We rent and manage apartments in larger cities of the Netherlands.
*Do not look at our current website, it's all outdated!
*Firstly we want a logo. Subsequently there is more work, such as: identiy, social media covers, posters, etc.
Target group:
Our target groups are expats, young professionals, homeowners and real estate investors.
The properties we let are nicely renovated and located in the nice and trendy parts of the city.

- We like the first and last one. However, can you play a little bit with the font and lines? Perhaps making them a bit thicker and show us different options with the logo.
- Could you also try different spacing between the letters.
- Could you show us examples in purple. But also in other colours or white and black.
- Could you show logo with different backgrounds.
