Needs

Dear Designers,

I am looking for a logo for my start-up called "upper"

The concept is to build new apartment on the roof of existing buildings in condominium.

For this type of operation, it is necessary to buy the roof to the co-owners. In other words, it is a way to valorize their asset.

The new apartments will be built with the last with ecological materials, with better energetic performances.

The future logo should be modern, simple and suggestive. It can reflects some of the concept aspects as:
The valorization of the condominium roof
The optimization of the patrimony
The environment friendly aspect with the “green” apartments built

I join some other logos i liked from other start up.
