Hello! Here is my first proposal for your logo.
I played with L and P letters. I flipped the L letter so that it convey to 'check mark' symbol which is related and convey the idea of 'well done job'. Please let me know what you think and if I'm on the right direction. I'm open if you need to incorporate any other colors to the logo.
