Needs

New logo for the European Affairs Alliance:

The current logo needs to be replaced (see attachment). In the current logo, each triangle stands for 1 company in the alliance. Since the new Italian company ‘Starter’ recently joined, it was time to reconsider the logo.

What are the new requirements?
- The new logo needs to be less ‘harsh’ than the current
- The tagline “United in Diversity” becomes "united in excellence"
- The logo has to have a clear link with Europe
- The logo needs to show off a proffessional image.

Company description

The European Affairs Alliance (EAA) is a strategic cooperation between (at the moment) three companies highly specialised in EU affairs and EU funding programmes.
The 3 member companies are Grants Europe Consulting (http://www.grants-europe.eu), EU-Liaison (http://www.eu-liaison.com), and HBH Euroconsulting (http://www.hbhe.hu) and soon a 4th, Starter (http://www.starterweb.it/?lang=en), will join the alliance as well. The cooperation between the companies provides the client with a unique range of services mainly targeting public authorities or other public or semi-public organisations.
Members of the alliance have a long background in the various fields of European affairs and in providing access to EU funding programmes, with each of them bringing complementary credentials and references. We provide access to project partners and door-openers all over the EU, with specific emphasis on Central, South East and North West Europe.

Background EU funding/subsidies:
In the European Union there is an amount of XXXX each year available for subsidies.
Those subsidies are allocated amongst several projects across the member states.
The EU is becoming increasingly strict in choosing winning projects and there are many conditions to be checked off to deliver a successful project, attention needs to be paid to whether the project is really bringing added value to partners and the target audience, builds on existing and past projects, is sustainable after project expiry and links on to EU policy priorities.
