It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

We want a modern and simple/sober logo that directly identifies the company's segment (real estate agency) and evokes a sense of solidarity.

We want to use this logo for all our communication.
The company's website is immobilier-solidaire.ch, but an abbreviated version i-s.ch redirects to the main site. The logo may have the company name "Immobilier Solidaire", but a version without the name must be available: it will be used as a watermark on the photos of the properties. The letters I and S could be integrated into the logo (main & watermark) .
A logo that can easily be declined in black and white or just as a watermark will be favored.

Bonjour voici une première proposition. Elle est volontairement épurée et symbolique, non détaillée pour assurer la pérennité du logo, le professionnalisme et surtout pour l'adaptation sur de très petits et très grands formats et en filigrane. Bonne réception, en attente de vos retours.

C'est vrai qu'on imagine bien les 2 mains qui soutiennent la maison, sans petit détail difficile à reproduire. Merci!
