A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

We would like a simple, clear logo that represents what the website is about.
On the website freelance crane operators will be connected to available jobs.
The logo should be the name "Foenr" plus a combined 'non-standard' icon.

The icon might be something like a helmed (operator) combined with a hook or some other lifting / hoisting

The main color should be violet / pink

Hahaha! It is clear from your scoring that you do not want a designer to design a brand for you you just want someone to artwork your ill informed idea of what you think a logoi should be.

No We want a designed logo, but it has to reflect what we do. there is no big diversity in what we do .. it is about operators for big machines .. so, althought you made something that stands out .. your question mark doesn't show what we are about. Besides that .. the owner wnats a helmed

Perhaps if you have a need to be so macho, dont pick purple and pink as your corporate colours! ummm?

My advice is that you look at it from the perspective of the freelancers. The man on the ground (excuse the pun!). I have been a freelancer for 15 years and it's been nothing if not diverse. Just saying! :)
