well could you change the windsurfers direction because the wind comes from one side! and make the windsurfer a bit smaller, so that he goes more up on the left corner but still slides the circle..

This is very simple logo design with palm leaf (because Kalpitiya is coconut growing area) & easily reproduce on t-shirts, stickers (cutting) & more.
