It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

Hello,

Young beekeeper in Pilat regional natural park (not very far from Lyon, France), I need a logo for my honey farm.

I would like to highlight the image of a local producer in organic farming respectful of the environment.

The logo should :
- be original, creative and modern ;
- refer to beekeeping, but go beyond the "classics" in this area (honeycomb, spoons of honey, etc. should be avoided) ;
- refer to sequoia (trunk, cone, foliage, form, etc.) ;
- possibly integrate the name of the honey farm "La Miellerie des Séquoias" ;
- possibly refer to Pilat natural régional park.

The logo will then be used for communication on different media and on my products (honey jar labels, flyers, business cards, market banners, website, etc.).

Company description

"La Miellerie des séquoias" is based in Pilat mountains at an altitude of 1000m with meadows and coniferous forests around.

My objective is an organic production of honey and pollen.

I manage my hives extensively with semi-sedentary apiaries.

Marketing will be carried out mainly in direct sales or specialized stores.

Target group

- Customers predominantly urban (with the cities of Lyon and Saint-Etienne), looking for quality and products from local producers ;
- Tourists visiting the Pilat Regional Natural Park ;
- Professional customers: hotels, restaurants.

Colors, favourites and other requirements

Imperative:
- reference to beekeeping (be careful to avoid the classics in this area: honeycomb, spoons of honey!)
- reference to sequoias

Facultative:
- name of the honey farm "La Miellerie des séquoias"
- reference to the Pilat Regional Natural Park

Colours:
No preference.

Bonjour,

Voici ma proposition de logo pour votre miellerie. J'y ai dessiné une branche de séquoia ainsi qu'une abeille, dans une palette "naturelle".

Chaque élément peut être déclinable, par exemple l'abeille dans son cercle peut être utilisée pour le design d'une petite étiquette, la branche de séquoia peut servir d'habillage sur un flyer ou même sur le site internet, etc.

L'aspect naturel ressort effectivement bien du graphisme. L'abeille s'apparente un peu trop à une mouche à mon sens.
