I have added some example logos of what i like. I really like the crossed logo design look, so if that can be incorporated along with gear cogs somwhere that would be great. for colors i like a simple black and white logo or maybe black and red.

Have provided the design in two shapes
1) decagon 2) hexagon.
Have kept the design simple and clean and have used strong sporty style for creating the icon "GM" and for the brand Name " Gears in Motion"
