It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs


BEWARE CHANGE. I decide to assume fully my name PATRICE METAIS. Keep mostly the same instructions than before, just include my full name and familly name. Thanks for your comprehension.
Before : The name of my company is Metis for 3 reasons:
+In Greek mythology she is the goddess of wisdom and good advice (see wiki link).
+A crossbreed (‘métissage’) between different areas of expertise to fully address the clients’ needs.
+Last but not least, my surname is Métais and I wish the logo to figure something reminiscent of Metis’s iconography and gently suggest the “a” in Métais, without being too distracting.
The logo has to convey a very high level of services yet innovation and at the same time has to be warm and welcoming.
I need a graphic charter (visual identity) which includes headed paper (for estimates and invoices) and an email signature in which figures the following motto/phrase: “Together, let’s/we will unleash your full potential” [in French :” Ensemble, libérons votre potentiel”]
I also need business cards and correspondence templates (A4 / 3)

Company description


I have been a company coach for 20 years. I accompany managing directors and their teams in the structure and realization of their strategic visions, and bring them to life. I coach men and women through times of change (whether desired or imposed). I can work one on one or with whole groups, I can intervene solo or as part of a wider team of consultants and experts (business model, marketing, recruitment…)
My basic philosophy is as follows:
+The foundation of any organization is the sum total of the people which compose it
+A happy team (in which everyone knows one another, share a clear vision of what the goals are, and in which everyone brings his or her talent to the table) will be an effective team
+Innovation necessarily implies innovation in management (which very often is overlooked)

Target group


I mainly work for French international groups. I can work for smaller business units (of around 30 people) as well as for leading teams managing 1500 or so co-workers (segments: building, industry, big distribution…). End clients are mostly directors of operations or CEOs. I sometime work with cooperative and national associations, and occasionally with government administrations.

Colors, favourites and other requirements


The background is to be generally white, however apart from white I am open to anything. So please enjoy yourselves!
It could be a colored panel (google, windows, brandsupply) or a predominant color, as long as it conveys a high level of service, innovation and a warm welcome!

Bonsoir,

J'ai recherché une nouvelle typo, plus arrondie, plus douce et j'ai aussi remplacé le noir par une couleur taupe beaucoup plus douce en harmonie avec mon bleu/vert.
En espérant que cela suit un peu plus vos attentes.

Voici une nouvelle proposition sur fond blanc. J'ai préféré ne pas utiliser de typo "serif" (genre times) car je trouve toujours que cela donne un côté ancien et non moderne. J'ai donc créé une typo baton mais un peu plus stylisée. Je vous laisse bien sûre me donner votre ressenti.

J'ai voulu travailler en jouant sur la typologie de votre Nom de structure et votre nom. Métis est souvent représentée comme un petit personnage caché, ici le personnage caché derrière cette entreprise est VOUS, accompagnant les femmes et les hommes dans les changements subis ou choisis. En espérant que mon logo vous inspire, n'hésitez pas à me donner votre point de vue !
