It all started with an idea...

Needs

I started a new consultancy firm: Team- & Leadership Development and Cultural- & Organizational Change. We want to brand ourselves as a boutique firm (relatively small and specialized, higher in the market, with consultants who worked in the renowned big firms before). So: professional, a lot of experience and upmarket. And at the same time our purpose is not solely to be the best or to earn money. We have ideals. We want to make the world a better place (inclusiveness and sustainability).

We would like a modern and logo, not too complicated, professional branding, but not too corporate, fresh enough. For example the logo of brandsupply: I find that nice. I built a website already and I would like to keep the colour scheme:

Company Name
We are still doubting between 'NEXT Change & Development' and 'NEXT Changemakers'. We claimed both names, but we still have to choose. Best would be to recieve designs for both names, this would help us in our final choice. The names are in English, we will be active on the Dutch markets and on the international market.
