     Here is the updated Design.
     The colour combinations are similar
     1 teal blue and green
     2 green and grey
     3 teal blue and grey
     4 Grey shades.
     
     One more design can be uploaded, so in-case you wish for any changes, do let me know.

     Have presented them in 3 color combination
     1 teal blue and green
     2 green and grey
     3 teal blue and grey
     Have presented the print mockup below them as total number of designs we can submit here are 15 and this is my 14th one, so had to combine and place them together to save one design upload incase you need any changes or further presentation.

     It's just a matter of moving the grey circle upwardswhich i have placed in the middle two divide the cross arrows.

     Much better. How about designing the symbol more like a wind rose? To imply "knowing the right direction"...

     Have provided them in 2 color variations of blue shade, do suggest if you have any color preference.
     
     Have presented the mockup as earlier for print, corporate wall board and billboard signage for your visualisation.
     
     Also have presented the designs on dark and white background, as it is the best way to get a clear visual of the designs quality and clearity.
