Goldbaum appraises all types of industrial en commercial real estate and assets for all purposes.

We are young, ambitious people and want to outperform our competitors with high quality and a fresh perspective and new approach.

Examples of real estate we valuate are:
Business parks, office buildings, gas stations, government buildings, churches, entire apartment complexes.
We do not value individual private houses.

Examples of assets thate we valuate are:
Business Inventories, machinery, furniture, art, antiques.

Reasons for our clients to a have valuation carried out:
- For insurance purposes (to determine the insured value)
- For funding
- When buying/selling a business
- In divorce or death
- In case of bankruptcy

We find ourselves in a market which is largely divided among a few large players.

We have choosen the name 'Goldbaum' because of the meaning and associations that the name evokes.
The meaning is that gold forms the basis of our monetary system, in which the value of all goods and services are determined.
The tree (baum) represents the long-term relationship we have with our customers.
We associate the name 'Goldbaum' with high-end (upper segment and higher quality) and a long experience in the financial world.

We think that 'Goldbaum' could become a good brandname for valuation services.

Target group


Our clients are mainly companies, varying from SMEs to banks, insurers and major investent companies. We also work for lawyers.

Colors, favourites and other requirements


We hope for a truly distinctive and well design identity. We would like the winner to design other media afterwards, such as a website, mailings and flyers.
