here's my feedback:

- it should read "Value".
-cWhat is the meaning of the symbol?
- The value part doesn't click with me.
I am a big fan of agile methodologies and it's a big part of what the company stands for. Can the logo be changed so it reflects that?

I like the 'Coded' part. The Value part is a bit too flashy. It would be great if there would be some sort of 'symbol' that could be used for twitter etc.
