a) Their professional transition and development. Examples could be people wanting a professional career transition into a new industry. Specific focus will be people wanting to transition into the sport business industry, however, it could also include other industries too.

b) Becoming more active leading them to a healthier lifestyle. Examples could be people recovering from health issues (operation, injury, …), wanting to lose weight or simply concerned about their personal health.
