It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

We need a logo for our new to open a modern Thai Restaurant. The company name is Menam and we want to add the text Thai Kitchen underneath our logo.
Menam is the name originally given to the Chao Praya river on early European maps. Menam actually means river in Thai.
We are planing on having Menam written in Neon ligthing inside the restaurant, so to match the logo the letters need to 'flow'.
We will be using our logo on all our future communications and may be used also on staf clothing and perhaps glassware. It needs to apply to a wide audience and should look unique and fresh.

Target group

Colors, favourites and other requirements

The base colours to be used are white and blue in reference to the water/river. Underneath the logo we need the text Thai Kitchen.

Hello, here's my designs:
Based on a original homemade font inspired by thai letters.
Left: the logo as we can print it .
Right: the logo optimized for easy support of neon structure ( thiner, no angles and narrow aspect )
Purple color tone for exotism, mystic, warm and modern
I have many other variations , tell me if i go in the right direction^^.
