It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

My company is changing it's name from Infrasound Management to Infrasound Music and we need a logo/branding make over. I would like to keep the orginal "IM" logo but in some way freshen it up and give it some what of a new identity. The most subtle of changes could make all the difference. I am also open to the idea of branding the company Infrasound Music Group, IMG or simply Infrasound.

The "IM" icon stands for Infrasound Management and is a representation of the gain meter. This core principle should remain. If you feel like you want to change the outer symbol around the "IM" do so but it must be done creativity and with respect to the original icon and what it symbolises.

My basic needs are to revamp the current logo into a modern, fresh iconic logo that will stand the test of time and become as recognizable in today's music industry as any of the big name companies we know and love. Slick and memorable!!

Please note!!! If you have a complete new approach and your own interpretation for the logo, please feel free to share. I am open minded and I am also interested in checking it new ideas aswell. I will give good feedback on all entries.

Company description

Infrasound Music is a music management company based in Stockholm, Sweden. Our focus is on providing professional artist and event management for the modern music industry. The original idea for the name infrasound was inspired by the northern lights which actually produces sound waves with frequencies below the lower limit of human audibility called Infrasonic sound. As we are based in the Nordic region, it seemed like the perfect name.
