The service offered will contain training and guidance about how to set up your business, write business plans, tax registration, local marketing et cetera.
A logo and look and feel should give you a "be welcome" feeling, a social feeling and understandable for all kinds of people in terms of social backgrounds or international backgrounds. Of course catchy and recognizable, even if reading in Dutch or English is difficult.
