The name is Pannacotech, like panna cotta (Italian dessert) with “Tech” for high-tech. The logo will have recalled a Panna Cotta while showing that it is a HighTech chainnel.

Here is my logo idea. Main idea is to combine the play button with the strawberry. I used the phone to represent the panna cotta. This version is according your example.
