It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

I am Arnie of Vegchel, a starting entrepreneur who is looking for a beautiful, stylish logo for my therapy practice called: 'Licht bij verlies', which means light at loss. The logo may also say 'Licht' with 'bij verlies' underneath as slogan.

My practice offers specialist assistance with dying, loss and grief, and meaning.

I feel it would look nice if some birds, more or less like in the attachment, would be added to the logo for the meaning loss and/or letting go. But I also like a flower with certain symbolism, like the lotus.
But the above is not a must. I'm also open to any other symbol or just a nice font. Especially when only 'licht' is used as the name and 'bij verlies' is as a slogan, than only a nice font would be nice, I think.

On my business card I would like the quote: "The wound is the place where the light enters you - Rumi" mentioned.
Furthermore, I do not want to have my home address mentioned. Only my name, job title (psychosociaal therapeut), phone number and website: www.lichtbijverlies.nl.

Target group

Very diverse. Alle people that are dealing with or have had to deal with loss. From young children to older people, from singel people to family's.

Colors, favourites and other requirements

I like the colours gold and green, although dark gray/black would suit perhaps better with the subject loss than green. Here applies also; not a must. If you think other colours would look better, than I am open to that.

Bedankt voor het ontwerp.

Ik vind het op het eerste gezicht wel een mooi, rustig logo. Maar ik vind de vogel niet zo mooi en ook symbolisch niet zo van toepassing. Het lijkt op een blad van een boom of bloem? Ik zie liever wat meer de symboliek voor licht en/of verlies erin terug.
