A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

Department of Cosmetics is a company that imports the latest cosmetics innovations into the Netherlands. These cosmetics lines are resold to beauty salons, hair salons and perfumes. The company also provides customers with all the necessary product training / sales training to ensure that the concept is also a success in the salons / stores.
I would like to see that the logo (+ house style) has a powerful yet warm appearance. In my mind I see the name with a diamond above it and 'DoC ' written in the diamond but I am open to all kinds of ideas.

Hello,

I created logo design option for "Department of Cosmetics".

For the logo mark I created simple and clean image of diamond to give the design elegant and sophisticated look.

For typography I used serif font with wide tracking between the letters so the design would look luxurious and professional.
For subtitle I used sans serif font to keep balance in the design.

I chose to use gold colour tone since it communicates luxury and glamour and for branding purposes combined it with teal green tone, since they are from complimentary colour scheme.
