Develop a logo and company style for a company in the recruitment business. The name of the company is JWStaffing.
JW stands for my initials: Johan Wilgenhof.
JWStaffing does job placement service in the subject area Finance, Risk, Compliance and Audit. These words can probably be used as an underline in the logo?? The effect is that it is obvious what we are doing. Our people are mainly being placed in jobs in the finance industry. They are employees from JWStaffing or JWStaffing is hiring them and they are being placed in jobs at our clients.
So JWStaffing had three target groups: clients in the finance industry, independent contracters and employees who are willing to work for JWStaffing at their clients offices.

Companies reputation should feel/look like:
- professional
- transparant
- trustworthiness
- personal

As we are looking to the target groups I think we should emphasize the colour blue (DISC method); blue stands for conscientious. With a subtitle in grey??
