A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

My new company is a recruitment company - but different. The name is The Floor -
(ALL CAPITALS?) as the company is not about me but about YOU (the candidate). I wil help YOU to find a new role - Right person at the right place.
The floor - as the floor is yours (candidate central) and the floor means with both feet on the ground - (no corporate attitude but real focus on you)
My first thoughts would be to show a floor with a spotlight - which can be used as a Logo as well in ppt presentations. The logo should show that I will give YOU the floor.

Here is a overview :)

On the left you see the designs with a horizontal line with the look of a stage, but I think its better to use a slogan and put on both sides a line, cause it also shows a stage :)

The option with two or three spotlights :)

The 3 spotlights look less like a crown now.

Thanks! Just 2 other remarks - I liked the black white one better. and could you replace recruitment company maybe with a symbol to show a Floor - maybe a horizontal line with on the left and right a short line to show the floor - thanks!! again

Hi, we really like your design!! Only remark from others - why a crown - could you reshape this design almost like it is but into a different shape so that the link with a crown is not so much there? (probably we will also take a different sub line but that could be changed later). thanks!

Hallo,

Bij deze mijn ontwerp :)

Het beeldmerk bestaat uit spotlights in de vorm van een kroon. Dit om dat alles draait om uw doelgroep :) Vandaar de spotlights in kroon vorm :)
