Company description

BenFit.nl is a lifestyle program, people learn to make healthy choices. This is done with personal coaching and a software program, an individual (personalized ) advice. Healthy food, good exercise an time to relax. No supplements, just nourishment. Our mission is to let the Dutch live healthy !
