Needs

The title of my thesis is 'Menin/MLL complexes in chromatin regulation'. The work described in this thesis deals with the regulation of processes that have DNA involved. In a cell nucleus the DNA is wrapped around protein structures called nucleosomes. These nucleosomes can be chemically modified. Such modifications can form a landing platform for effector proteins that carry out specific activities on the underlying DNA sequence such as transcription (decoding a gene) and replication (copying the genome before a cell can divide). We worked an proteins that can recognize these modifications and play a role in Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 1, a familial cancer syndrome.

As a hobby I do rockclimbing and bouldering and I thought It might be nice to use this somehow in the design as the thesis.

Ik moet zeggen dat ik express het rotsklimmen hierin niet hebt verwerkt aangezien het niet relavant is aan het onderwerp en dit is iets wat je de rest van je leven wil laten zien en overal zal blijven gebruiken als referentie in je loopbaan. dat je het beter zakelijk kan houden en lekker strak en schoon.
