Restyl an existing for sale sign for a real estate agency

Currently I have a for sale sign with contact details and logo. However, as seen in the uploaded version, it is simple and less attractive or too inconspicuous in my opinion. What should be on the board is the following:
- logo
- Company Name
- phone number
- website
- for sale / welcome
- logo nvm and possibly logo funda. I have doubts about the latter logo unless it fits in the whole
- it also seems as if a color is missing. Now t is the color of the logo and black text. Be free to add an extra color or not.

Bij deze een hedendaags ontwerp voor uw immo-bureau. Ik koos voor een blauw passend bij het kleur van uw reeds bestaande logo. Het blauw op zich geeft een betrouwbare look and feel wat perfect past bij het immo-gebeuren.
