It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

We, a student-run real estate club, are organizing the very first Real Estate Competition in Montreal which is gonna take place in late January 2015. The Competition will be called the CIM (Compétition d'Immobilier Montréalaise) and will bring together both students from HEC Montreal, McGill, UQAM and Concordia.

For that first edition, we need to bring awareness and raise demand. Thus, we would like a logo that is classy first but also very stimulating and dynamic.

Company description

The CIM will be organized by ImmoHEC, the first student-run real estate club of Quebec, committee of HEC Montreal.

Target group

For this event, we have two targets.

1) Obviously the student. We would like to make a hundred student participate.

2) We also have to attract as much as possible the real estate insiders who will be here to help the contestants and give credibility to the event.

Colors, favourites and other requirements

We would like a logo that is classy first but also very stimulating and dynamic.

Colors wanted will be Black, Light Grey, White, and Sky Blue.
High resolution will be demanded and a neutral background (the logo and letterhead will be integrated in lots of different colored documents).

My very first intuitions about the design were something with a skyscraper in construction but feel free to impress me.

This logo is absolutely gorgeous !

Can you show me what you can do in terms of merchandising ? (banners, pen, t-shirts, and most importantly, both letterheads and footer).
