A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

I'm looking for a logo that can be recognised on a sports outfit. Besides that I will like it if the logo can be used for icons for the different sports on my website. You can see an example at www.energylab.be "testing en coaching". Beside the logo I want pictures for cycling, running, swimming, triathlon, sportsnutrition and losing weight.

Company description

The aim of Alan Smeets Training is to offer professional training advice and nutrition advice to a broad public. Beside the training advice for athletes I work with people who want to lose weight.

Target group

Besides athletes, I also work with people who want to optimize their nutrition.

Colors, favourites and other requirements

I dont have a preference for a particular color, but I've made my own website recently. I can still change te colors of my website. www.alansmeets.nl/index.php/nl/ there you can also find the text I'm using as a logo at the moment.
Personally I like the concept that energy lab uses. I also like the new logo of PostNL. The logo of www.trainright is also good, although I think it had too many tekst in the logo itself.

My justification of the image is based on the idea of what it is the company, training athletes, reaching a target green, healthy, nutritious represented with a ribbon green. A human figure athlete overall, the torch as a symbol of triumph, all contained in a shield, which is the representation of a badge of strength and protection. Sporty colour and healthy, using a gradial color to give volume. Inclination on the letter to reflect movement.

I like the left one. Can you make another one with a different font? The sentence beneath is very good in bold!

Besides the brand, can you make me some icons for my website? You can replace the runner with the flame by a runner, cyclist, swimmer, triathlete, and something with sportsnutrition? Is that possible?

Dit logo spreekt erg aan. Ik zou alleen graag de tekst iets anders willen zien. Het lettertype mag wat speelser in overeenstemming met het logo. En "professionele trainingsbegeleiding" graag iets duidelijker en uitspringender. Kun je me een aantal opties met de gewijzigde tekst maken? Het logo aanzich is goed!

Hallo Laura,

Deze wordt weer te druk. Het moet duidelijk zichtbaar zijn op een wielertenue of een ander sporttenue. De vorige logo's zien er goed uit. De sporter moet alleen neutraal zijn.

Verder zou ik de volgende tekst graag zien: "Alan Smeets" "professionele trainingsbegeleiding"

Ik vind beide ontwerpen wel bij mijn bedrijf passen, echter de hardloper in het bedrijfslogo beperkt mijn doelgroep een beetje. Ik train namelijk ook wielrenners en andere sporters. Als ik op een trainingsschema voor een wielrenner een logo zet met een hardloper komt dit ook een beetje raar over, alsof ik meer gespecialiseerd ben in hardlopen. Als icoon voor op de website kan ik dit prima gebruiken. Probeer hetzelfde concept eens maar dan iets neutraler en als icoontje het logo met de diverse sporten.
