Logo should be fresh and clear. No graceful letters.
The attention should be drawn to Clever, staffing may be included as a pay-off.
Logo is entrepreneurial and is particularly used on a dark background in a website similar to www.uber.com

Here's my firs design proposal. The idea is that the 'C' which stands for clever is formed with a magnifying glass, to symbolize 'searching' and an image of business people are included to symbolize the staffing services.
I decided to use a more formal font because I believe your company is a serious one and not cheezy.
The logo is created in vector format, that means it can be scaled to any size.
