It all started with an idea...

A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

A logo for an associative diving club “Club des Copains Plongeurs” “Club of Buddies Divers” based in Nantes (west of France, near Atlantic coast) and affiliated with the French Federation ( FFESSM/CMAS ).
We want a modern and powerful logo for an associative diving club. The logo must represent , beyond the sporting activity , our passion for the underwater environment and give for beginners and more insiders, the desire to integrate our club in a convivial setting.
This logo will be used for our communication but also all objects and clothes with the image of our club : water bottles, books, sweatshirts ,t- shirts , bath towels , etc.

Company description

Since 1984, when it was founded by 3 friends, the CCP deliberately maintains to a hundred members to preserve our spirit, friendship and conviviality around our underwater passion. All volunteers, all actors .
Trainings, travels and explorations form the core of our activities throughout a season.
We have a boat capable of carrying 12 divers and a vehicle capable of towing.
With 30 equipments regularly maintained and available to our members, we try to increase initiatives and trips as soon as the beautiful days are back.
Safety and comfort in the practice of our activities are our priorities and thanks to a team of instructors representing nearly a quarter of our workforce, we favor individualized coaching in both for training and exploration, while maintaining and developing cohesion and the friendliness of all.
For the 2014-2015 season: it's almost 1000 dives from discovering in pool or in sea, to the formation of federal degrees 1,2 or 3.
It's also extra-sporting activities: annual party of the club, picnic, tourist rally and full of convivial moments that bring us together around our passion.

Target group

Men and women, 16 to 77 years , with an interest for scuba diving in associative structure where involvement and volunteerism are enjoyed in a friendly environment.

Colors, favourites and other requirements

The logo will be marine colors (blue or green for representation of water ) on a white background .
He will represent the underwater activity in our geographical context : province of Brittany in western France (there are no manta rays in Brittany / west atlantic !).
It will include a modern lettering of name "Club des Copains Plongeurs" ( with highlight of the CCP acronym)
Optionally, the town name can appear : "Nantes".
Proposals will be submitted to the vote of the members of the club for a collective choice.
