Here is my Design proposal for you.
Have used the ZW letter and combined it with the flower together to produce the Identity Icon for your Logo.
Have used the blue color for the name of the business.

Hello Rusty,
I like the idea of the center of the flower, although, in this concept I don't really like the flower around it itself. Also the font and colour of the company name could have a change.
