Adobe Illustrator (. ai) file.
editable PDF file.
PNG file.
JPG File.

and probably you need to end the contest and check the winner I believe

I found this, maybe its helpful:

As long as your contest is active, you as the client can change the end date.

Go to the page of your contest and click on overview right under the details of your contest.
Then click edit and scroll all the way down. There you will find the end date of your contest, which you can change.

I will check on my laptop and try to find out. I find this website incredibly complicated

No worries, it is probably better via computer, some settings may not show up
