A short, interactive guide helped them discover their design style and clearly captured what they needed.

Needs

For my own company I am looking for a logo.
Company name is Team In Progress.
We focus on the development of teams with coaching, training and teambuilding. All this from experienced-based learning. Which means active working methods, inspiring environment and problem solving assignments. For activities, in addition to conversations and presentations, you can think of construction assignments and other collaborative assignments.
I would like to see the practical / active part and team development side in the logo.
As a subtitle we had the idea: "Everything for teams" or "everything for team development", maybe that helps to come up with the design.
Website will be made after the logo design has been chosen.
